A co-op since 1985, on 100 beautiful wooded acres in Woodbourne, NY, with 85 one-, two- and three-bedroom bungalows.
Irving and Diana Lansman opened Lansman's as a rental bungalow colony in 1945. In 1985 it became a co-op, and it has been owned and run by its members ever since.
Lansman's offers an Olympic-size heated swimming pool, four tournament-quality tennis courts, pickleball, full-court basketball and paddleball courts, and a regulation-size volleyball court. Our multi-purpose sports field also hosts colony events such as the annual July 4th barbecue. Our Summer Day Camp is right on the grounds, and there's an air-conditioned card room and a full-service concession for your dining pleasure. Every Saturday evening, top-of-the-line entertainment performs in our beautiful Playhouse.
Lansman's continues to thrive and looks forward to carrying on its 80-year tradition as the premier summer co-op in the Catskill Mountains.
