Lansmans Co-op was established in 1985. Lansmans was originally founded by the Lansmans family in 1942 as a rental bungalow colony. The Co-op is situated on 100 beautiful wooded acres in Woodbourne N.Y. we have 85 (one, two and three bedroom) units located throughout our pristine grounds.
Lansmans offers an olympic sized, heated swimming pool, four tournament quality tennis courts, full court basketball and paddleball courts and a regulation size volley ball court. We have a multi purpose sports field that is also used for a variety of Colony run events such as our annual July 4th barbecue. Our Summer Day Camp is conveniently located on our grounds. We also have an air conditioned card room and a full service Concession for your dining pleasure. For your entertainment pleasure we have every Saturday evening top of the line entertainment performing in our beautiful playhouse. Lansmans continues to thrive and looks forward to continuing its 70 year tradition of being the premier summer Co-op facility in the Catskill mountains.
